Sprint Corporation ("Sprint"), through its undersigned counsel, respectfully submits this motion for counsel to appear by telephone at the November 10, 2005 scheduling conferences before Judge Nottingham and Magistrate Judge Coan, which are set for 3:30 and 4:00 p.m., respectively. In support hereof, Sprint states as follows: Sprint's lead defense counsel, Emmett Logan, works in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Logan has other commitments that prevent him from traveling to Denver for the upcoming scheduling conferences. For that reason, Sprint asks that Mr. Logan be permitted to attend such conferences via telephone. Mr. Logan will be available at the following telephone number: (816) 691-2600.
