It is FURTHER ORDERED that the Motion is granted and judgment is entered in favor of Defendant Sierra Marcella Peters, Jeff Peters and Carol Peters and against

Plaintiff Glaeser on each of his claims for federal civil right violations under 42 U.S.C.
ยงยง 1983 and 1985. The Motion is denied, with the admonishments noted in the Order, as to Glaeser' claim for defamation. s Pursuant to and in accordance with the Order Granting Defendant School District' Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment entered by Judge Kane on January s 24, 2006, incorporated herein by reference, it is ORDERED that the District' Renewed Motion for Summary Judgment is s granted. It is FURTHER ORDERED that judgment is entered in favor of the Defendant Academy School District 20 and against Plaintiff Glaeser on each of Glaeser' s

remaining claims against it. ACCORDINGLY, the sole remaining claim in this action is Glaeser' claim s for defamation against his former student, Sierra Peters.
