Defendants Jeff Peters, Sierra Peters, and Carol Blankenbaker, f/k/a Carol Peters, by and through counsel, Joseph F. Bennett of Cross & Bennett, L.L.C., and
Plaintiff, STEVEN H. GLAESER, pro se plaintiff, do hereby stipulate and agree as follows: 1. That all matters in controversy with respect to Plaintiff and Defendants are to be dismissed with prejudice, including the Complaint, Amended Verified Complaint and any amendments thereto, and that any and all cross claims and counterclaims, whether asserted or not, have been settled without the payment of money. The parties hereto do mutually agree that the Complaint and Amended Verified Complaint, any amendments thereto, and any and all cross claims and counterclaims, whether asserted or not, with respect to said Defendants shall be dismissed with prejudice. In addition, all pending motions shall be and hereby are withdrawn, including, but not limited to, defendants' motion for costs and attorney fees. 2. action.
