Defendants, Sierra Marcella Peters, Carol Peters & Jeff Peters, by and through their attorneys, CROSS & BENNETT, L.L.C., files the following Joinder in co-defendant Academy School District 20's Motion for Protective Order: 1. Defendants Sierra, Carol and Jeff Peters join in the Motion filed by District 20. Despite a discovery cut-off date of June 22, 2005, Plaintiff mailed his Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents and Requests for Admission to defendant's counsel on June 22, 2005. These written discovery requests were received on June 23, 2005, after the discovery cut-off of June 22, 2005. Wherefore, defendants Sierra, Carol and Jeff Peters request the court grant its Joinder in Academy School District 20's Motion for Protective Order and strike Plaintiff's Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents and Requests for Admission as untimely filed and order that
