P. 59(e) (Doc. 267) on or before October 19, 2007. Plaintiff may file a reply on or before October 26, 2007. 2. With regard to Defendant's Motion to Stay Proceedings to Enforce Judgment Pending Disposition of (all) Post-trial Motions (Doc. 268), Plaintiff shall file a response ­ stating the good faith basis for its opposition to Defendant's Motion ­ on or before October 11, 2007. In the absence of such a basis, the Motion will be granted.
