Kane ORDERS Upon review of the file in this action, the court regrets that the Echostar Plaintiffs' Motion for Summary Judgment on each of their claims against Defendants was fully briefed in September 2003 and remains pending. In light of the significant delay, the parties are asked to submit a status report, including any supplemental briefing on the pending Motion, on or before April 15, 2006. The parties may expect a ruling on the Motion shortly thereafter.
