trial a summary of those documents. For the reasons stated in the briefs, as an exercise of my discretion, and for the reasons stated on the record during the August 23, 2005 motion hearing, it is ORDERED that: 1. the plaintiff' Motion for Extension of Time to File Objections to Defendants' s Trial Exhibits is GRANTED; and 2. Cross Country shall, on or before 10 days from this date, produce its summary to PBNS and shall make available to PBNS at a mutually-convenient time and place the documents underlying the summary.
