UNOPPOSED MOTION TO DISMISS ALL REMAINING CLAIMS Plaintiff Brown Group Retail, Inc., for the reasons stated in its Response to Order to Show Cause, requests that this Court dismiss all remaining claims pending in this action not previously subject to orders of dismissal, including without limitation, Brown's claims against Donald Burris, John B. Tweedy, H. Benjamin Duke, Jr., Keith Anderson, Eugene Nault d/b/a Polka Dot Cleaners, Loretta Nault d/b/a Polka Dot Cleaners, and Lionel Corporation. A form of order is attached to this Motion. Pursuant to D.C.Colo.LCivR 7.1.A., counsel for Brown has previously conferred with counsel for each of the parties as to whom dismissal is sought and Mr. Nault, who has appeared pro se, with the exception of Ms. Nault and Lionel Corporation, neither of whom has appeared in this proceeding, and there is no objection to the relief sought.
