The court reads the letter filed by R. Stan Soth [#997], as a request for extension of time to file a claim and objections, if any. The claimant discussed in the letter, Mr. Soth's mother, shall have until May 19, 2006, to file a proof of claim. The proof of claim shall be considered to be timely filed if it is postmarked on or before May 19, 2006. In addition, if the claimant wishes to file an objection to the settlement, she may do so on or before May 17, 2006. Any such objection may be filed by either 1) attaching an electronic copy of the objection to an e-mail delivered to [email protected]; or 2) by faxing a copy of the objection to the court at 303-335-2356.
