The Court will treat this as a M otion to Withdraw in accordance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3D, and finds good cause to allow the withdrawal of Ray A. M andlekar. Therefore, It is ORDERED, Ray A. M andlekar is permitted to withdraw as counsel for the Lead Plaintiffs. The Notice of Withdrawal notes that M ichelle M cCarron shall hereinafter serve in M r. M andlekar' place as an attorney of record (with M ichael J. Dowd, Spencer A. Burkholz, s Thomas E. Egler, and Scott H. Saham ) for the Lead Plaintiffs in the above proceeding. As M s. M cCarron is not admitted to practice in this court, M s. M cCarron is not added as an attorney of record for the Leave Plaintiffs.
