ORDER REASSIGNING MAGISTRATE JUDGE Blackburn, J. This matter is before the court on its own motion. On October 20, 2003, I entered a general order of reference referring most pretrial issues in this case to Magistrate Judge Shaffer. Previously, pretrial matters in this case had been referred to Magistrate Judge Coan. Having discussed this matter with Chief Judge Babcock and Magistrate Judges Coan and Shaffer, I find that there is good cause to withdraw the reference of this matter to Magistrate Judge Shaffer, and to reassign this case to Magistrate Judge Coan. THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1. That my order referring this case to Magistrate Judge Shaffer [#286], filed October 20, 2003, is WITHDRAWN as of the date of this order; 2. That this matter again is REFERRED to Magistrate Judge Patricia A. Coan under the terms of the Order of Reference to United States Magistrate Judge entered concurrently with this order; and

3. That the case numbers shown in the caption of this case shall be AMENDED to reflect the assignment of Magistrate Judge Coan as the presiding magistrate judge, as shown on the Order of Reference to United States Magistrate Judge entered concurrently with this order.
