MOTION FOR ENLARGEMENT OF TIME Defendants request a motion for enlargement of time in which to submit the settlement agreement and joint stipulated motion to dismiss. Due to Plaintiff's incarceration and pending deadline, Defendants were not able to confer with Plaintiff. Undersigned counsel has not obtained the required signatures on the settlement agreement as of today, September 15, 2005. The settlement agreement documents and joint motion to dismiss were to be submitted by September 16, 2005. The settlement agreement has been approved and routed to the interested parties for signature. Counsel expects to obtain signatures by September 23, 2005. Therefore, Defendants request an enlargement of time until September 23, 2005 in which to submit the settlement documents and joint motion to dismiss. The documents are not past due, this request is not made for the purpose of delay, and the parties should not be prejudiced by a one-week extension.
