SATISFACTION OF JUDGMENT

Judgment was rendered in favor of the above-named Defendants Vail Clinic, Inc. and ServiceMaster Management Services, and against the above-named Plaintiffs in the aboveentitled action, on the 29th day of June, 2005. The judgment awarded defendants their costs and on July 27, 2005, costs were awarded to Defendants in the amount of $18,119.55. Defendants acknowledge payment of said judgment, costs and interest in full and desires to release this judgment and hereby fully and completely satisfy the same.
