ORDER REGARDING HEARING

THIS MATTER came before the Court for a non-evidentiary hearing on February 1, 2008, to address a motion filed by Issiaaka I. Namoko requesting a "fairness hearing." All parties appeared but Mr. Namoko. The Order (#157) setting the hearing was mailed to Mr. Namoko at his address of record. Thereafter, Mr. Namoko filed a notice (#158) of his change of address with this Court. From the Court's docket, it appears that the Order setting the hearing was not re-mailed to Mr. Namoko at his new address, and that he may not have had notice of this hearing. IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the non-evidentiary hearing on Mr. Namoko's motion is RESET to Friday, February 8, 2008 at 3:00 p.m. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Mr. Namoko and counsel for the parties may appear

at the hearing by telephone. To appear telephonically, Mr. Namoko and/or counsel must contact the Courtroom Deputy at 303-335-2185 the day before the hearing to make arrangements.
