Plaintiff was ordered to file status s reports every six months thereafter until this case was resolved. Plaintiff' last status s report was filed on June 23, 2005, wherein counsel for Plaintiff advised that he was unable to reach his client since he moved to Florida in 2002, and recommended that the case be dismissed if further attempts to reach his client failed. Plaintiff has filed no further status reports despite being directed to do so within ten days of a Minute Order dated May 17, 2006. Therefore, it is ORDERED that Plaintiff show cause, in writing, on or before November 8, 2006, why this Complaint and cause of action should not be dismissed for failure to
