Review of the proposed final pretrial order 5:03 p.m. 5:09 p.m. ORDER: Court in recess Court in session Jury trial is set for 12 days as follows: September 4, 5, 6, 7, 11, 12, 13, 14, 18, 19, 20, and 21, 2007 at 8:30 a.m. in Courtroom A901, 901 19th Street, Denver, Co. A Final Trial Preparation conference is set for August 31, 2007 at 2:00 p.m. Proposed voir dire and jury instructions will be filed 30 days from today' date. s
