The proposed scheduling order is due by January 28, 2008. Defendants' counsel shall e-file the proposed scheduling order. The Clerk's Office shall add Pro Se Plaintiff's Case Manager to the notification list. The Clerk's Office shall provide a copy of the Local Rules to the Pro Se Plaintiff.
