THIS MATTER comes before the Court upon the State Defendants' Motion to Stay. The Court, having reviewed the motion and being fully advised in the premises, finds and orders as follows: In their Motion, State Defendants raise the defense of plaintiff's failure to exhaust administrative remedies pursuant to the Prisoner Litigation Reform Act (42 U.S.C. ยง 1997e(a). Resolution of this issue is required before this lawsuit can proceed to discovery. A stay of the case as to all parties is therefore appropriate. Accordingly, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Motion to Stay is GRANTED. The case is stayed pending the Court's determination of State Defendants' Motion for Summary Judgment.
