Pursuant to this Court's "Instructions Concerning Preparation for Final Trial Preparation Conference" (3/05), plaintiffs respectfully submit their proposed amendments to the Pretrial Order (Doc. 98):

1. Plaintiffs abandon their claims regarding alleged violations of 14 C.F.R. §§ 23.1583(m), 1585(a)(4) and 1585(j), only. Accordingly, plaintiffs respectfully propose that the Pretrial Order be amended by deleting the following paragraphs only: a. III(A)(3)(d)(v) b. III(A)(3)(d)(vi) c. III(A)(3)(d)(vii) 2. Plaintiffs' exhibit list has been revised based on the Court's recent rulings, and the exhibits have been renumbered to use (whenever possible) the same exhibit numbers that were used during depositions. Accordingly, plaintiffs respectfully propose that the Pretrial Order be amended by substituting plaintiffs' Final Exhibit List (Doc. 160) in place of paragraph VII(A) of the Pretrial Order.
