PILATUS DEFENDANTS' JOINDER IN DEFENDANT PRATT & WHITNEY CANADA'S MOTION FOR JUDGMENT AS A MATTER OF LAW OR FOR NEW TRIAL

Defendants Pilatus Business Aircraft, Ltd, Pilatus Flugzeugwerke Aktiengesellschaft and Pilatus Aircraft, Ltd (collectively "Pilatus")), by their attorneys, respectfully join Defendant Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp.'s ("PWC") motions to enter judgment in Pilatus' favor and against Plaintiffs as a matter of law, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 50, on the grounds that the jury's verdict is not supported by legally sufficient evidence and alternatively, for a new trial pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 59 on the grounds that the jury's verdict is against the weight of the evidence. Pilatus hereby incorporates by reference PWC's brief in support of its motions and substitutes or inserts its name in the brief where appropriate.
