Defendant Pratt & Whitney Canada Corp. ("PWC"), by its attorneys, respectfully moves the Court for Reconsideration of its Order of February 28, 2005 and for Summary Judgment dismissing Plaintiffs' claims against PWC, pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56, for the reasons set forth in its opening brief filed with this motion in accordance with D.C.COLO.LCivR 56.1.
