The Court, having considered Plaintiffs' motion for leave to conduct inspection of the interior of the Roosevelt Tunnel, Defendant's Response, and any reply, does hereby ORDER: 1. 2. Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED. Defendant shall provide a current copy of the key to the Roosevelt Tunnel portal gate to Plaintiffs at least 10 days prior to the inspection.
