ORDER GRANTING PERMISSION TO SPEAK TO FORMER JURORS

THIS MATTER comes before the court on plaintiffs' Motion for Permission to Speak to Former Jurors. Having considered the motion, the court grants said motion. The parties and their counsel have permission to contact the individuals who served as jurors during the recently completed trial of April 10, 2006, through April 21, 2006. The parties and their counsel are instructed to treat all former jurors in a respectful manner and to respect the wishes of jurors who do not wish to discuss their service.
