MINUTE ORDER Entered by Michael E. Hegarty, United States Magistrate Judge, June 5, 2007. Defendants'Motion for Enlargement of Page Limit [Filed June 1, 2007; Docket #491] is granted in part and denied in part. Defendants seek to file a consolidated response to all three pending motions. However, only two of these motions have been referred to Magistrate Judge Hegarty. Accordingly, the motion is granted as to Defendants' consolidated response to the Motion for Attorney' Fees and the Motion to Supplement Motion for Attorney' Fees, Costs and Interest. s s The consolidated response shall not exceed 65 pages. The Motion is denied as to the Motion to Review Taxation of Costs. Defendants shall file a separate response to this motion and, if necessary, shall file a separate motion to exceed the page limit for that response. Defendants'consolidated response to the two motions includes a total of 60 exhibits, consisting of hundreds of pages. Accordingly, it is FURTHER ORDERED that Defendants shall submit a hard copy of the response including all exhibits directly to Chambers no later than June 15, 2007.
