THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows: 1) That the plaintiffs SHOW CAUSE in writing, on or before November 14, 2005, why this case should not be dismissed under FED. R. CIV. P. 41(b) due to the plaintiffs' failure to prosecute its claims against the remaining defendants; and 2) That absent a timely response from the plaintiffs, this case will be dismissed without further notice.
