MOTION TO WITHDRAW AS ATTORNEY FOR PLAINTIFF Richard O. Schroeder moves this Court pursuant to D.C.COLO.LCivR 83.3(D), for leave to withdraw as counsel for Plaintiff GLN Compliance, Inc. In support of this request, counsel states: 1. The undersigned wishes to withdraw because GLN has requested that he

withdraw and also because of irreconcilable conflicts between plaintiff and its attorney, rendering it unreasonably difficult for the lawyer to carry out his duties. 2. The written notification requirements of D.C.Colo.LCivR 83.3(D) have been met

as evidenced by the attached Notification Certificate. 3. It is submitted that the foregoing constitutes good cause for withdrawal in

accordance with C.R.P.C. 1.16(a)(3). 4. This action is not scheduled for any hearings at this time.
