Defendant Jonathan Ross ("Ross"), through his undersigned counsel, respectfully files this Erratum sheet to correct a mistake in his Motion to Dismiss for Improper Venue, or Alternatively to Transfer Venue and Motion to Dismiss Outrageous Conduct Claim ("Motion"). As the Motion was originally submitted, the second paragraph in the Introduction incorrectly identifies the proposed location for transfer of this action as the District Court for the District of Columbia, instead of the District Court for the Southern District of New York. The mistake was noted this morning and Defendant submits this erratum sheet to correct it.
