Defendant William Concepcion Sablan ("William"), by and through court-appointed counsel, submits Defendant's Exhibits C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, from the Motions Hearing held in this matter on December 5-8, 2005. As grounds for this motion, the Defendant states the following: 1) This Honorable Court held a Hearing on all Motions then

pending on December 5-8, 2005. 2) Among the Motions heard at that time was the defendant

William Sablan's Motion for Discovery Regarding Racial Disparity in Cases Submitted for Possible Death Penalty Authorization. During said Hearing on December 7, 2005, defendant William Sablan introduced Exhibits C-J. At that time, the Court reviewed Exhibits C-J and directed counsel to also file the exhibits in electronic form. Counsel apologizes for the delayed

submission of these exhibits. Counsel had problems in putting the exhibits into appropriate electronic format, due to the size of the Exhibits and the size restrictions of the CM/ECF filing system. WHEREFORE, Defendant William Sablan respectfully submits defense Exhibits C-J, in electronic form, pursuant to the Court's direction.
