I find that Defendant has shown good cause for such a stay, since the proceedings against Rudy Sablan have been severed and there is no trial date set as to Rudy Sablan. Accordingly, I agree with Defendant that it would premature for either the Government or Rudy Sablan to file witness and exhibit lists. Based upon the foregoing, it is ORDERED that Defendant Rudy Sablan' Unopposed Motion for Stay on Filing s of Non-Expert Witness Lists and Exhibit Lists as to Rudy Sablan (docket # 1962) is GRANTED.
