JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's November 28, 2007 Opinion and Order, the parties respectfully submit this Joint Status Report. The parties are currently attempting to resolve this case through settlement. The parties are also considering utilizing alternative dispute resolution ("ADR") to facilitate resolution of this matter, including the possibility of requesting that an ADR Judge be assigned to this case. Accordingly, the parties respectfully request that they be permitted to continue these discussions and submit an updated joint status report on February 21, 2008.
