PLAINTIFF'S MOTION TO CORRECT FILING WITH HIS RESPONSE TO DEFENDANT'S PROPOSED FINDINGS OF UNCONTROVERTED FACT REGARDING PLAINTIFF LINDSEY BLEDSOE Plaintiff Lindsey Bledsoe, by his undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court to ignore and delete his inadvertent filing of Defendant's Proposed Findings of Uncontroverted Fact Regarding Plaintiff Lindsey Bledsoe on May 25 and to substitute in its place his Response to Defendant's Proposed Findings of Uncontroverted Fact Regarding Plaintiff Lindsey Bledsoe, which is attached hereto. On May 25, when he filed electronically plaintiffs' responses to Defendant's Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment and to Defendant's Proposed Findings of Uncontroverted Fact Regarding Plaintiff Lindsey Bledsoe, plaintiff's counsel inadvertently filed Defendant's Proposed Findings of Uncontroverted Fact Regarding Plaintiff Lindsey Bledsoe, not plaintiff's response thereto. Please delete or ignore that file in the May 25 filing and substitute the attached Response instead. Thank you very much.
