Patton, respectfully files the attached redacted copies of Defendant's Trial Exhibit 20 and Defendant's Trial Exhibit 21, being, respectively, the portions of Mr. Patton's deposition transcript designated by the Defendant and the deposition transcript in its entirety. The Plaintiff redacted those passages from the documents as identified in the parties' proposed "Order to Seal Certain Documents", filed on October 26, 2006.
