IN THE UNITED STATES COURT OF FEDERAL CLAIMS No. 98-533 T, et al. (Judge Lettow) __________ FENTON GINGERICH, et al., Plaintiffs v. UNITED STATES, Defendant

__________ MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME __________

Pursuant to RCFC 6(b), defendant, the United States, move this Court for an enlargement of 1 days, from July 25, 2007, to and including, July 26, 2007, of the deadline set forth in the Court's June 22, 2007, Order, for the defendant to file its computation of the amount of judgment. No prior enlargement of this deadline has been requested. Defendant has contacted plaintiffs' counsel who has indicated that plaintiffs do not object to this motion. As good cause therefor, defendant did not receive plaintiffs' computations until 6:30 pm. on July 25, 2007. Defendant's counsel has not been able to incorporate the defendant's proposed changes by the current deadline. Defendant requests a brief one day enlargement to complete its computations.
