The court will conduct a telephonic hearing on the record on defendant's motions at 3:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 19, 2004. A Sprint operator will initiate the call. If plaintiffs wish to file an opposition to defendant's motions, they shall do so on or before Tuesday, May 18, 2004.
