In contravention of Rule 5.1, Holtec did not attach a certificate of service to its filing. In contravention of Rule 5.3(d), Holtec submitted an original and one copy of its brief instead of the required original and two copies. Holtec also mailed its brief directly to chambers instead of sending it to the Clerk of the Court for filing. Additionally, Holtec International submitted a paper copy of its brief to the court. Because this case is an electronic case in the case management/electronic case filing system, all documents in this case must be filed electronically. Notwithstanding these defects, the Clerk of the Court is directed to file Holtec's brief. Holtec shall file a certificate of service with the court on or before Friday, June 25, 2004.
