THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. __________ ORDER __________ On April 8, 2005, plaintiff filed a motion to extend discovery, seeking an enlargement of the deadline previously set for April 8, 2005. Also on April 8, 2005, defendant filed a response indicating its opposition to plaintiff's motion. Plaintiff's motion is hereby GRANTED, in part, and DENIED, in part. Accordingly, 1. On or before April 22, 2005, defendant shall respond to the additional document requests made by plaintiff arising from the depositions taken pursuant to paragraph 3(iii) of the court's order of September 3, 2004. On or before May 6, 2005, plaintiff shall conduct and conclude any additional depositions the need for which arises from documents produced pursuant to paragraph 1 above. Any such depositions remain subject to the limitations established in paragraph 3(iii) of the court's order of September 3, 2004. All other deadlines previously established in this matter shall remain unchanged. The parties are reminded again of the court's expectations in terms of civility and professionalism and of the ramifications of failing to meet those expectations.
