The Trustees pending motion to compel includes at request that Pepper I-lsmilton be ordered
to produce documents sufficient to determine the effect of the representation ot’SFC on Roderick
Gegné’s coinpenszttion. Pepper Hamilton had responded that such documents did not exist. Pepper
Hamilton has now produced documents which the Trustee regards as suilicient to make that
determination and, accordingly, that portion ofthe motion is moot. A revised term oi` order is
submitted.
