Plaintiff White Buffalo Construction, Inc. ("White Buffalo") preliminarily intends to offer into evidence the proposed exhibits identified below. White Buffalo reserves the right to supplement its exhibits, including, but not limited to, demonstrative and summary exhibits and exhibits to be identified during trial for the purpose of rebuttal and impeachment and in response to any unanticipated matters raised by defendant. Additionally, White Buffalo is working with the government to streamline the parties exhibit lists to avoid duplication. It will provide the Court with the final exhibit list as soon as possible.
