Pursuant to the Court's Order filed May 10, 2007, defendant has attached the lists of witnesses and exhibits provided to plaintiffs for the meeting of counsel on March 14, 2007. See Exhibit 1, March 12, 2007 letter from Terry M. Petrie to John Ehret, Drew Marrocco, and Eugene Frett. With the exception of a motion seeking to designate the deposition testimony of Dr. Guy Meadows (see Doc # 194), defendant has not made any additions to those lists since March 14, 2007.
