Defendant's motion, filed November 22, 2004, for continuance of plaintiff's motion for summary judgment is GRANTED. Pursuant to Rule 56(f), RCFC, defendant shall conduct discovery until March 31, 2005. The hearing on motions set for December 15, 2004, is postponed.
