_________________________________________________ ORDER CORRECTING DOCKET and DIRECTING REFILING OF DOCUMENTS _________________________________________________ On August 15, 2003, defendant electronically filed three documents: defendant's motion for partial summary judgment; defendant's proposed findings of uncontroverted fact; and the appendix thereto. Defendant, however, incorrectly identified both the proposed findings and the appendix as motions for partial summary judgment. Thus, the docket currently reflects three pending motions for partial summary judgment. To ensure the correctness of the docket, defendant's second and third motions for partial summary judgment (document entry numbers 9 and 10) shall be stricken from the docket. Defendant shall refile these documents with correct headings. In addition, consistent with numbered paragraph 5 of General Order No. 42, defendant shall provide a courtesy copy to chambers of its appendix in paper form.
