JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's November 15, 2005 order, the parties submit the following status report on their attempts to resolve this matter. Plaintiff's counsel had expected to be able to make a settlement offer in the week of November 21, 2005. However, because of the Thanksgiving holiday, the plaintiff, Mr. Garcia, has been out of contact and his attorneys expect to talk with him and make an offer to the Government this week. The parties will continue their attempts to resolve this matter.
