A copy of that reply is attached hereto. The Sweetwater seeks this enlargement in order to fully address and itemize the particular details of the cost issues raised in the government's opposition. The Sweetwater believes that by allowing these additional pages, the Court will reduce the time required by the Court to identify with precision the specific costs which the government has placed at issue.
