JOINT STATUS REPORT Plaintiffs, Statesman II Apartments, Inc., and Beach House Development Company, and defendant, the United States, respectfully state that the parties have agreed upon a Joint Stipulation for Entry of Judgment to be filed in this case, the filing of which is contingent upon settlement of the claims of parties represented by plaintiffs' counsel that are the subject of litigation in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Ohio. The parties to the district court litigation have reached agreement upon the settlement amount and presently are in the process of negotiating the form of the Settlement Agreement and entry.
