UNOPPOSED MOTION OF THE UNITED STATES TO EXTEND THE DUE DATE OF ITS OPPOSITION TO PLAINTIFF'S MOTION CHALLENGING THE SUFFICIENCY OF DEFENDANT'S RESPONSES TO THE FIRST SET OF REQUESTS FOR ADMISSIONS The defendant, the United States of America, by its undersigned counsel, hereby moves the Court to extend the due date of the Government's opposition to Plaintiff's Motion Challenging the Sufficiency of Defendant's Responses to the First Set of Requests for Admissions, presently due November 17, 2006, to November 27, 2006. Plaintiff has informed the United States that it will not oppose the Government's motion.
