THE UNITED STATES, Defendant. _________ ORDER __________ On September 21, 2005, plaintiff filed a motion for extension of time to file its motion for summary judgment due to this court's recent opinion in AD Global Fund, LLC v. United States, No. 04-336T. The motion is hereby GRANTED, and the revised schedule for briefing on the jurisdictional issues is as follows: 1. On or before October 21, 2005, plaintiff shall file its motion for summary judgment; On or before November 28, 2005, defendant shall file its response to plaintiff's motion and cross-motion for summary judgment (if any); On or before December 12, 2005, plaintiff shall file its reply in support of its motion for summary judgment, and its response to defendant's cross-motion for summary judgment (if any).

The date of defendant's reply in support of its cross-motion for summary judgment, if required, will be set by separate order. IT IS SO ORDERED.
