UNITED STATES' RESPONSE TO GRAPEVINE'S ADDITIONAL PROPOSED FINDING OF UNCONTROVERTED FACT The United States files the following response to the Plaintiff Grapevine's Additional Proposed Findings of Uncontroverted Fact:
PLAINTIFFS' ADDITIONAL PROPOSED FINDING 1: On their 1999 Form 1040, Joseph and Virginia Tigue reported proceeds from the sale of their limited partnership interests in the amount of $10,916,240, and bases in their partnership interests in the amount of $10,961,317.00. These proceeds represent the full amount of proceeds received by the Tigues for the sale of their interests in Grapevine. GOVERNMENT'S RESPONSE: The United States does not contest additional proposed finding one.
