As good cause for this motion, Plaintiff failed to recognize that the Court had designated this case as an electronic case. Therefore, Plaintiff was unaware that Defendant had filed a motion to consolidate on May 4, 2005, and failed to file its Opposition within the time prescribed under the Rules of the Court. Counsel for Plaintiff has stated that it has taken steps to ensure that it will comply with the Court's electronic filing requirements henceforth. Defendant has no objection to this motion. Good cause having been shown, this motion is GRANTED NUNC PRO TUNC.
