JOINT STATUS REPORT Pursuant to this Court's order dated December 4, 2006, the parties to this action, by and through their undersigned counsel, respectfully submit the following Joint Status Report. The parties have reached a settlement in principle, and believe that this matter shall be resolved without further Court involvement. The parties are presently finalizing the details of a settlement agreement, and believe they will to be able to file a joint stipulation of dismissal within 60 days.
