The Joint Status Report as filed has two typographical errors: (1) a reference to "its Status Report" instead of "their Status Report" at the beginning of the second paragraph; and (2) a reference to the wrong entity as plaintiff in the last sentence. Attached is a corrected Joint Status Report, which replaces "its" with "their" and references the appropriate entity name. WHEREFORE, the parties move that the Court permit the filing of the attached corrected status report.
